We are delighted to announce that the gala dinner for ICEC 2024 will take place at The Caves, in Edinburgh!

Times: 

19:00 – Start, welcomed by a piper
19:30 – Call to Dinner
19:45 – Address to the Haggis
20:00 – Dinner is served


Speeches to be after main is cleared and prior to dessert being served (15 minutes)

by 01:00 – End Time

Menu

Guests will be treated to a tradtional Scottish meal of: cullen skink; haggis, neaps and tatties; and cranachan to finish. Please let us know if you have any dietry requirements.
